B&J Properties have been trading since 2005 where we initially concentrated on one bedroom apartments and have subsequently increased our portfolio to include 1 -3 bedroom properties.
We believe when you rent from us it should be hassle free and we try very hard to build good relationships with our tenants, who in turn look after our property. When they move in we aim for the property to be spotlessly clean.
From the start, unlike others we have never charged for new or renewed A.S.T, scheduled inspections or for managing deposits. Legislation has now caught up with our fair and good practices. Where we have additional things to do which are of the tenants fault then we do reserve the right to charge for these which is in line with all quality A.S.T.
Choosing property with the right landlord isn’t always that easy, likewise in reverse for the landlord and hence when renting with us we try to prioritise first tenants who meet our criterion to ensure we have a lasting relationship beneficial to both parties. On average our tenants are all long term. Like all quality landlords we will ask you to complete a fully declared application form.
